Switzerland's first cutting machine with automatic cutting
New in Switzerland, this cutting machine automatically proceeds with the first five cuts. Meanwhile, the operator can prepare the next steps. The advantage is that the plant operates continuously and the high production volumes can be processed more quickly and efficiently by sheet-fed offset press. The operator is thus able to work efficiently and ergonomically. In addition to this investment, the existing installation to dispose of scraps of paper (spoils or misprints) has been modernized in order to achieve optimal management of spoilage in the future. This new technique is environmentally friendly and requires less energy than before.
Print jobs: climate neutral compensation of CO2 emissions
With myclimate, our customers are offered the opportunity of getting their print jobs produced climate neutrally. Carbone compensation payments are not invested to finance further certificates but to generate climate related projects. myclimate thus develops and supports global projects to reduce greenhouse gas and protect the climate.
In the first half-year 2011, customers have "neutralized" 666 tons of CO2.
With this amount of CO2, one could travel over two million km by car, which is equivalent to the average of what three drivers cover in their entire lives.

The logo is to certify that a publication is genuinely made in Switzerland, the customer's attention being thus driven to the relevance of Switzerland as a production site. The new automatic bagger fulfills NASA requirements
The machine wraps magazines, books, table sets or calendars with full automation. To that it corresponds to the high hygiene standard of our customers. We put supreme emphasis on top printing and wrapping quality for the table sets manufactured by us. Thanks to the new shrinking foil with lateral welding, perfect and fully welded parcels are produced so that they could easily be torn up again by a light perforation. This foil must substantially protect the content and nevertheless display the product in its original outlook. The table sets being cut come from the rotatory cutter into the stacker and then are led after the output via rectangular table directly into the foil and shrinking machine without being touched by a human being.
Best final exam of the apprenticeship
We congratulate Peter Perina for the best exam as a media designer (production of media).
Like others who end their apprenticeship he was submitted the traditional initiation. We set pace in innovation, performance, technique, quality, speed, precision and environment.
